Excel Power XL3000iE | 3.2kW Inverter Generator | 230V | Pure Sine Wave | Euro V

The Excel Power XL3000iE is a compact open-frame petrol inverter generator designed to combine high portable power output with clean pure sine wave electricity, making it suitable for both conventional appliances and sensitive electronic equipment.

Delivering up to 3200W starting output and 3000W rated continuous power, the XL3000iE provides significantly more usable output than many smaller portable inverter generators while maintaining a relatively lightweight 28kg design.

It features a distinctive X-configuration steel tubular frame, an 11-litre fuel tank, Eco mode, USB charging, digital operating information and a single UK 13A 230V socket.

3.2kW Maximum Power Output

The Excel Power XL3000iE delivers:

3200W maximum starting output
3000W rated continuous output
230V AC output
Pure sine wave inverter power

This makes the XL3000iE suitable for applications requiring more power than a compact leisure inverter generator while still benefiting from clean inverter technology.

Always check the starting and continuous power requirements of connected equipment before use.

Pure Sine Wave Inverter Technology

The XL3000iE uses inverter technology to produce a clean and stable pure sine wave electrical output.

This makes it suitable for powering conventional equipment as well as many sensitive electronic devices, including:

Laptops
Mobile devices
Televisions
Battery chargers
Electronic control equipment
Office equipment
Sensitive electrical appliances

This combination of higher output and inverter technology makes the XL3000iE particularly versatile.

7.0HP Euro V Petrol Engine

The generator is powered by a 7.0HP petrol engine designed to provide dependable portable power.

The engine is compliant with Euro V emissions requirements, helping reduce exhaust emissions compared with older engine designs.

Starting is via a straightforward recoil starting system.

Low Oil Level Protection

The XL3000iE incorporates low oil level protection.

This helps protect the engine by reducing the risk of operation with insufficient lubrication.

Routine oil-level inspections should still form part of normal generator maintenance.

Eco Mode

The control panel includes an Eco Switch / low-idle mode.

When electrical demand is lower, Eco mode can reduce engine speed to help:

Lower fuel consumption
Reduce operating noise
Improve fuel efficiency
Extend runtime between refuelling

This is particularly useful when the generator is operating below maximum load.

Quiet 63dB(A) Operation

The Excel Power XL3000iE has a measured operating noise level of approximately:

63dB(A) at 7 metres in Eco mode

For a 3kW-class portable generator, this provides a useful balance between higher output and manageable operating noise.

Actual perceived noise will vary according to electrical load, surroundings and operating conditions.

Large 11-Litre Fuel Tank

The XL3000iE is fitted with an 11-litre petrol fuel tank.

The larger capacity provides useful extended operation between refuelling compared with many compact inverter generators.

Actual runtime will depend on load, Eco mode use and operating conditions.

230V UK Socket Outlet

The control panel includes:

1 x 13A 230V UK 3-pin socket

This allows compatible UK appliances and equipment to be connected directly to the generator, subject to the overall rated output.

USB Charging Output

A dedicated 5V DC USB socket is incorporated into the control panel.

This provides convenient charging for compatible portable electronic devices without requiring the main 230V outlet.

Digital Information Centre

The XL3000iE includes an integrated information centre displaying:

Voltage
Frequency
Operating hours

This allows users to monitor key generator information during operation and keep track of running hours for maintenance purposes.

Fuel Tap with Choke

The generator incorporates an accessible fuel tap and choke control, helping make cold starting and fuel management straightforward.

AC Reset & Status Indicators

The control panel includes an AC reset function together with status indicator lights for monitoring generator operation.

These provide useful visual information regarding the generator's electrical output and operating condition.

Earth Connection

A dedicated earth connection point is provided on the control panel.

Earthing requirements depend on the application and electrical installation, so appropriate professional guidance should always be followed.

Durable X-Configuration Steel Frame

One of the most distinctive features of the XL3000iE is its X-configuration tubular steel frame.

The diagonal frame arrangement is designed to provide increased structural rigidity while protecting the generator during transportation and regular use.

Additional padded upper sections provide more comfortable handling when the unit needs to be moved.

Compact 28kg Design

Despite delivering up to 3.2kW starting output, the XL3000iE weighs approximately 28kg.

Its overall dimensions are approximately:

540mm long
400mm wide
450mm high

This provides a strong power-to-weight ratio for users who require substantial portable output without moving a much larger conventional generator.

Open-Frame Inverter Design

The XL3000iE combines the accessibility and durability of an open-frame generator with modern inverter technology.

This makes it particularly suitable for users who need:

Higher portable power
Clean electrical output
Straightforward maintenance access
Compact transport dimensions
Strong frame protection

Typical Applications

The Excel Power XL3000iE is suitable for a wide variety of portable power applications, including:

Domestic backup power
Camping and caravanning
Motorhomes
Workshops
Mobile working
Trade applications
Power tools
Outdoor events
Market stalls
Battery charging
Sensitive electronics
General electrical appliances

With its combination of 3.2kW starting power, 3kW rated output, pure sine wave inverter technology, Eco mode, 11-litre fuel tank and lightweight 28kg construction, the XL3000iE provides an excellent balance between portable power and clean electrical output.
